The rights and options described on this page are applicable only to residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, the United Kingdom (UK), and the Czech Republic (CZ) under applicable privacy laws. If you are not a resident of one of these jurisdictions, please be aware that the rights to opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information may not apply.

For individuals not covered by these privacy laws or for those requesting the removal of records while located outside of these states, the UK, or the CZ, a fee of $5 USD will apply per record removed. Please note that a single individual may have multiple records on file, and the fee will be charged for each record that is removed. To process your request, you must provide your full name, the last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN), and a valid government-issued ID (such as a passport or driver's license). We reserve the right to decline any opt-out requests if the required documentation is not provided, if the request is incomplete or invalid, or if there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity.

Please be aware that opting out of the sale or sharing of your personal information does not preclude us from collecting, processing, or using personal information for purposes not covered by these requests. We may continue to use data that is de-identified, aggregated, or used in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Our company reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these policies at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes made to our privacy practices.

Please note that certain types of information, such as data collected under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act or publicly available information, may be exempt from these requests. We may continue to collect, process, use, and share this information even after you opt-out of other personal information.

If you are a California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, or Utah resident, you may exercise your rights by using the email below. Please note that the rights afforded to residents of these states do not apply to certain types of information, including that which is collected, processed, sold, or disclosed pursuant to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), the Drivers Privacy Protection Act of 1994 (DPPA), publicly available information, and data that is deidentified or aggregate consumer data. Accordingly, we may continue to collect, process, use, share, and sell these exempt types of information about you, even after granting your request as to certain personal information.

Privacy Acts

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), provides California residents with certain rights regarding their personal information and sensitive personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA/CPRA.

The Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA) provides Virginia residents, the Colorado Consumer Protection Act (CPA) provides Colorado residents, and the Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA) provides Connecticut residents with certain rights regarding their personal data and sensitive data as those terms are defined in the VCDPA, CPA, and CTDPA, respectively.

The Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA) provides Utah residents with certain rights regarding their personal data as that term is defined in the UCPA.

In the Czech Republic, the applicable law is the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 and the Czech Data Protection Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data. Under these laws, Czech residents have similar rights regarding their personal data.

For purposes of this page, personal information under the CCPA/CPRA and personal data under the VCDPA/CPA/CTDPA/UCPA/GDPR are all referred to as personal information.
